Arche d'Alliance was formed in 1997 to promote human rights and to combat the culture of political, social and judicial impunity which accompanied the heightening of the tensions in Congo.
62 years Universal Declaration of Human Rights
On Dec 10, 1948, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights has been signed. Since then a lot of time has passed, much achievements have been made...and still there is so much to do!
